Wuyuan Zhengxi Tea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established on October 12, 2016, in Wuyuan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. The registered capital costs 30 million yuan, and the legal representative is Li Jianhua.
The company actively responds to Jiangxi Province's "Four Greens and One Red" tea industry development plan, dedicating itself to becoming the integrator and revitalizer of the Wuyuan tea industry. Controllable Source Tea Gardens, Strict Quality Control of Tea Leaves
1. Zhengxi Organic Ecological Demonstration Tea Garden
- Covering a total of 1,600 acres, situated at an altitude of 600-850 meters, located in Guankeng Village, Xiaotuo Village, and Xucun in Wuyuan County. It is strictly managed and cultivated according to organic tea standards.
- The green tea primary processing demonstration base is located in Guankeng Village, covering an area of 500 square meters. After the production of spring tea in 2019, it provided employment for 4,200 local villagers, with an average income increase of 6,400 yuan per person.

2. Core Production Area Tea Gardens
- In order to response the policies actively on targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitzation, the company has integrated tea garden resources in Wuyuan's core production areas. A cooperative model of "company + cooperative + farmers" has been established, involving 13 village cooperatives and integrating approximately 15,000 acres of organic ecological tea gardens, with plans to increase this area annually to reach 30,000 acres within three years.
- Additionally, 13 green tea primary processing factories have been constructed. Each year, these efforts provide employment for 15,000 local villagers, with an average income increase of 5,000 yuan per person, making significant contributions to targeted poverty alleviation and poverty reduction through the industry.
Construction of the First Digital Tea Factory in China within Wuyuan Green Tea Demonstration Park
The company is building the first digital tea factory in China within the Wuyuan Green Tea Demonstration Park, creating an industrial tourism model of "digital factory + integration of tea, culture, and tourism" to ensure standardized, clean, large-scale, and full-industry-chain digital production of tea. The factory is located in the Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park in Wuyuan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. Covering an area of 15.13 acres, with a total building area of 16,000 square meters and a total investment exceeding 80 million yuan, the factory was completed at the end of 2020.

The main construction includes a digital tea factory and exhibition hall, product research and development center, product experience and exchange center, Wuyuan Tea Merchants Museum, "Li Qiansheng" traditional tea space, tea training center, and related facilities. The factory features the most advanced automated, clean, standardized, and visualized production lines in the country, including one for premium red tea with the largest daily output in the nation, one for premium green tea, two for fine processing of premium red and green teas, and four automated packaging production lines. The workshop is equipped with a dust removal system, large cold storage, and intelligent logistics warehousing facilities. The annual production capacity of premium teas is expected to reach 200 tons, with an annual output value of 150 million yuan.
Transforming Guankeng into the Premier Tea-Culture-Tourism Integrated Village
Guankeng Village is one of Zhengxi Tea's key tea garden bases. Zhengxi Tea has established a high-standard scientific demonstration tea garden of 685 acres in Guankeng Village, affecting a total tea garden area of 2,000 acres. Through unified guidance and purchasing, the company ensures stable income for tea farmers, helping over 300 households to increase their income and achieve prosperity.

To ensure that the income of Guankeng Village farmers is long-term and sustainable, Zhengxi Tea collaborates with the village's two committees to establish the "Guankeng Village Zhengxi Happy Tea Farmers Training Institute" as a main platform. This initiative organizes farmers to strengthen the collective economy of Guankeng Village, merging small, dispersed individual efforts into a larger, more competitive entity. With the goal of becoming the "First Village of Tea-Culture-Tourism Integration," efforts are being made to develop Guankeng Village into a happy village that integrates tea production, tea garden sightseeing, cultural experiences, health and wellness vacations, and farmer training.
New Model of Brand Operation and Market Sales
The company's new model focuses on tea culture exchange and cooperation, new product development, and market expansion. It does not follow traditional sales models but engages in multi-faceted cross-sector cooperation and the integration of culture and tourism. The company is committed to promoting "healthy and trustworthy tea," preserving and innovating tea merchant culture and spirit. With a domestic foundation and a global perspective, the company aims to achieve sales of 500 million yuan within five years, striving to make Wuyuan Zhengxi Tea an influential global brand and to become a leading national enterprise.

- We have partnered with Hejun Consulting, a large management consulting firm in Asia, to engage in long-term cooperation in areas such as company development strategy planning, cultural exploration of Wuyuan green tea, the China Tea Merchants Museum, regional brand building, and the promotion of strategic cooperation models for branding.
2. Collaboration with the Tea Research Institute and Jiangxi Wuyuan Tea Vocational College
- We have established a cooperative model with the Tea Research Institute and Jiangxi Wuyuan Tea Vocational College to explore new models of industry-academia-research integration. This collaboration focuses on tea garden management, tea production, standard setting, testing and research, cultural dissemination, and talent cultivation.

Introduction to the Wuyuan Tea Industry
Wuyuan is known as the hometown of Chinese tea and is a core production area within China's Green Tea Golden Triangle. It is recognized as one of China's top ten ecological tea-producing counties, a model county for tea industry development, the leading county for tea exports in China, a national organic food (tea) certification demonstration area, a national export food and agricultural product (tea) quality and safety demonstration area, and a special agricultural product advantage area in China.
In recent years, Wuyuan County has adhered to an organic tea development strategy, establishing a comprehensive organic tea management model. The county has also pursued a brand expansion strategy to enhance the value and market influence of its tea brands. By promoting various projects, increasing industry funding, and strengthening the infrastructure, the tea industry in Wuyuan has shown positive growth. As of the end of September 2019, Wuyuan had 194,000 acres of tea gardens, producing 17,800 tons of tea. The processing and trade volume reached 56,200 tons, with a total industrial output value of 3.131 billion yuan. The brand value of Wuyuan Green Tea was estimated at 2.063 billion yuan. The county exported 475 batches of tea, totaling 9,231.3 tons, valued at 55.194 million USD, accounting for 83.6% of the province's total exports.
